We are trial lawyers serving clients in the communities of Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody and the surrounding area. We are committed to protecting our client’s interests and pursuing justice for wrongs done to our clients.
We restrict our practice to civil litigation, focusing on estate litigation (including wills variation applications), personal injury claims (including ICBC claims) and committeeships. Our firm culture is to ensure that justice is done, both inside and outside the courtroom.
We believe that access to justice is a pillar of a free and democratic society. We put this belief into action by supporting pro bono organizations such as Access Pro Bono BC. As a firm, we created and still coordinate the ProBono Chambers initiative in Small Claims Court in Port Coquitlam. Both Dale and Kerry have served on the Board of the SHARE Society, the largest non profit social services provider in the Tri-Cities.
